This website is run by DH Roofing Contractors. By using dhroofingcontractors.co.uk you accept the terms on this page. They cover the website itself. The terms for any work we do for you are a separate matter, dealt with below.

Sending us an enquiry

An enquiry through this site is a request for a quote. It is not an order, and it does not book anything in. Sending one costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

It does not commit us either: we may not be able to take the work on, or to take it on when you need it. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists between us until we have agreed the work with you.

Prices and information on this site

Anything on this site is general information and a guide. Any figure, price, timescale or example of past work is there to give you a sense of what to expect. It is not a quotation and it is not binding on either of us. Real prices depend on what the job turns out to involve, and we will not know that until we have looked.

We keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of error or omission, and we may change any of it without notice.

The terms of the work itself

If you go ahead with us, the terms of that work are agreed separately, in writing, in the quotation, order or contract we give you for the job. That document is what governs the work: what we are doing, what it costs, when it happens, and everything else that matters.

Where that document and this page disagree about the work, that document wins. Please read it, and ask us about anything in it you are unsure of before you accept.

The content on this site

The words, photographs, logos and design here belong to DH Roofing Contractors or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to look at the site, and to print or save a page for your own use. Please ask before republishing any of it, using it commercially, or passing it off as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website it is because we think it will be useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them or for what they do with your information.

Availability

We would like the site to be available all the time, but we cannot guarantee it. We may take it down for maintenance or changes, and we are not liable for a problem you have because it was unavailable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
